Jamie did a great job. I am hopeless at computers. Jamie gave got me back into my laptop as I had locked myself out. He got me straight back into it and I was so thankful to him as I had information on the computer that I thought was lost forever. Jamie was professional and curteous I will definately go back to him in the future.

Jamie provided a highly professional service throughout, first advising me clearly about options and costs and following up with regular updates on progress. I recently had a broken screen on my laptop. I got in touch with Jamie at Computer Repair and Care, who quickly gave me a very reasonable quotation so I took my laptop in to be fixed. He ordered and fitted a new screen for me very quickly and kept me informed of the progress. When it wasn't a straightforward fix, he still managed to solve the problem efficiently and his price was very reasonable. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely use this company again in the future.

Currently I am working away from home in Canada. Keeping in touch with my parents, who are not IT orientated, can be challenging. Jamie provided an excellent, personal service to connect us. First he went out of his way to take calls and emails from me, across the time difference, to understand what we wanted. Second he provided hardware purchase advice, and upon authorisation, bought items on our behalf. He then made a visit to my parents’ home and installed a new HD webcam, connected my parents' computer to our external speakers, installed all relevant software, included the remote access software I had requested. He left instructions with my parents about how to simply use the new hardware and software. The service was excellent, the value for money excellent, and the personal touch and ability to listen and act on what we wanted was very pleasing indeed. My parents and I now enjoy HD video with great sound when we communicate over the long distance, and, if needed, we now have the facility for me to remote access my parents computer to help them with any software issues they have. Jamie is clearly very knowledgeable and very passionate about providing a really good service to his clients, this is brilliant! So whereas I went to resolve one issue we have have discussed lots of other matters, all of which Jamie can help with and as a result I feel much more knowledgeable and reasurred knowing where to turn should I need any more help. Fast service with great value. I needed my failed hard drive inspecting and replacing. Unfortunately my hard drive was not recoverable, save for a large financial investment. I was given clear choices and costs of each option. I was not pushed in any particular direction but given helpful advice about which option would be best. Highly recommended.
